     Terms of Use of the "E-learning ISTC" Mobile Application

     This agreement (hereinafter – Agreement) defines the rules for using the services of the "E-learning ISTC" mobile application (hereinafter - Application).
The agreement regulates the legal relationship between the In-service training center of specialists of the social protection system (hereinafter - Center) and the user (hereinafter - User).


    1. General Provisions

           1.1. The Application is the mobile version of the professional development platform for employees of the social protection system.

           1.2. The User begins using the Application by expressing agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

           1.3. The Application is a closed system intended only for authorized users.

     2. User's Responsibilities

           2.1. The User must provide accurate personal data and comply with the legal requirements.

           2.2. The materials and tests available in the Application should be used only for their intended purposes.

     3. Center's Responsibilities

           3.1. The Center protects Users' personal data and does not transfer it to third parties (except as provided by law).

           3.2. The Center ensures the correct and stable operation of the Application.

     4. Use of Data

           4.1. The Application uses personal data (full name, passport details, address, position).

           4.2. The camera function may be used for User identification during the initial login and test process (with the User's consent).

     5. Final Provisions

           5.1. The Agreement enters into force from the moment the User starts using the Application.

           5.2. The Center has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of the Agreement.



     2. Privacy Policy

     Privacy Policy of the "E-learning ISTC" Mobile Application

     1. General Information

           This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collecting, using, and protecting Users' personal data in the Application.

     2. Types of Collected Data

     2.1. Personal data provided by the User:

           2.2. Device information (with User consent).

           2.3. Images obtained from the camera (only during test completion).

     3.  Purposes of Data Use

           3.1. User identification and monitoring of the testing process.

           3.2. Management and improvement of the educational process.

           3.3. Ensuring the security and quality of the Application’s operation.

     4. Ensuring Confidentiality

           4.1. Data is protected using security technologies.

           4.2. The User’s personal data is transferred to third parties only as required by law.

     5.  Notification of Changes

           Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to the Users of the Application in advance.
